I can not tell you the joy that I have when I find a home for my clients. It's so exciting for my clients. Its great to know I assisted them in such a huge financial purchase a place they will call home for many years. When I sell a home its just as rewarding because my client is thrilled and ready to move on. Its alot of work for my sellers, but I guarantee when we sell it will be worth all the hard work my sellers had to do to keep their home tidy on a daily basis. If you live in your home its hard to keep show ready 24 hours a day. My clients have called me right before a showing and said they left the home without the beds made, game room not picked up etc... I have gone to their home and helped tidy quickly before our showings. I do understand.
