When I sell a home its just as rewarding because my client is thrilled and ready to move on. I do all I can to make everyone happy and most importantly do my best to get my client the money that their home is worth! Its alot of work for my sellers, but I guarantee when we sell it will be worth all the hard work my sellers had to do to keep their home tidy on a daily basis. If you live in your home its hard to keep show ready 24 hours a day. My clients have called me right before a showing and said they left the home without the beds made, game room not picked up etc... I have gone to their home and helped tidy quickly before our showings. I do understand. We work together as a team and get results!
